Data we process

To operate the free trial and licensing system, the app creates a device identifier and sends only derived hashes of selected device characteristics, a device key identifier, the device public certificate, and request-security metadata to our licensing server. The private device key is never sent to the server.

When you purchase a license, the payment provider may send us a transaction ID, payment status, amount, currency, and metadata required to activate the license. Payment-card details are processed by the payment provider, not by the desktop application.

Why we use this data

We use this information to enforce the free-trial limit, bind a license to one Windows device, prevent unauthorized license sharing, process purchases, and provide support.

Retention and security

We retain information required to operate licensing and prevent abuse for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legitimate legal obligations. We use technical safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

Third parties

Third-party payment providers shown at checkout may process payment information. Their privacy policies apply to information they process directly.
